The main targets of Lean Production, the latest version of JIT (Just in Time), is initially to predigest the production by grubing the production wasting out; secondly to make the customer satisfied by illustrating a maximum amount of expectations.
Within the duration of fertalization in coil processing, initial aim is not only to decrase the formwork exchange time, but to fasten the coil loading. In parallel, necessary jigs that help to reload coils, exchange formworks are developped by using two-mandrel decoilers in order to save and minimize the time range. On the other hand, none of the precautions mentioned aims to produce as many as the order.
